Doug Hollis works full time as a  reentry coordinator and mentor for ex offenders. Aside from his many certifications and academic accomplishments, Doug is a juvenile lifer. He now gives back to society after serving a 42 year prison sentence. The insights he shares about life on the inside and outside are not based on books but on experience.

Larry Washington Sr. left the prison system as an inmate, only to return as a case manager. He served faithfully in that position and was able to retire, only to pick up again in the private sector.  Now he serves as a clinical supervisor for reentry and as a mentoring supervisor.
